This depends on whether you’re using a PC or Mac. PC users can download Microsoft Office 2016 versions of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher and the desktop version of Skype for Business (the service formerly known as Lync). Mac users will be able to download Microsoft Office 2016 versions of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Lync as part of the Business and Business Premium plans.

If already have a subscription for the MS Office Suite Applications, we recommend signing up for the Business Essentials Plan, this way you will be able to utilise the Office365 Email Service with full access to the productivity tools (OneDrive, Planner, Skype for Business, etc.).
