To add your Office365 mailbox to the Dropmyemail Backup service please complete the following steps
- Log into the OzHosting.com Control Panel
- Select the Business Email – Backup subscription from the drop down list in top right hand corner
- Click on “Go to Dropmyemail“
- If your mailbox apppears in the table, select the mailbox and click “Add to Backup”
- If your mailbox does not appear in the list simply click on “Add Email Manually” and enter the following details
- Email Address
- Email Password
- Select Office365 Settings
- If your mailbox does not appear in the list simply click on “Add Email Manually” and enter the following details
Once your mailbox has been added to the Dropmyemail Backup service a full backup task will commence immediately. Once completed daily backups of your mailbox will commence.
