How do I disable Automatic Renewal on my domain name?

If you have registered or transferred a domain to Ozhosting then it will be set to “Automatically Renew” 10 days prior to the domain expiration date.

If you would like to disable the “Automatic Renewal” option on the domain please do the following;

1. Log into the Ozhosting Control Panel
2 Click on “Registered Domains”
3. Select the domain name you wish to disable automatic renewal on by clicking on the Subscription ID
4. Click on “Turn Off AutoRenew Option”
